Hello

I have one bl8000 that gives me no sound. The led works as it should (red led then green led when the tv is powered on).

According to you is it the amplifier board or the tweeter or anything else ?

Please help me to find a solution

You gave the tv in the set-up menu the info that Speakers are connected?

Tried "Speaker 3" or "Speaker 2"?

Hi Ralf,

I just swapped the cable with a bl3. This is not a problem of set up but a technical problem.

I have removed the amp/power supply of the working beolab 8000 and put it into the non working one. And it confirmed me that the problem is the power supply or amp not the rest (cable, speakers ...)

At the beginning the faulty bl 8000 showed only a "green led"  even when no signal is sending.

Now after cleaning it (special spray for cleaning contact), the led goes from red to green and red again when the tv is powered off.

But after a while, again it still shows me a green led.

Now , I don't really know if it is a problem of relay , power supply or amplifier board.

According to the fact, these speakers have been the best seller of b&o, I am sure that I am not the only one experimenting this situation.

Hope that the techs guys of beoworld take the time to answer me ;)
