Just wanted to say many thanks to Leslie. I started my search for a white beogram 6500 just 3 weeks ago and currently it's playing my Dark Side of the Moon record and I love it, both the player and the record. Thanks Leslie, for your kindness in communication and introducing me in all the possibilities of Bang en Olufsen. And of course the transport! :)
Pleasure doing business with you. How does the CX100 speakers sound? For more bass power you should look for a Beovox Cona or RL's. Enjoy...

Once I'd found the DIN plugs (not available at my local DYI store apparently) and was able to listen I can establish they sound very well. Perhaps someday in the future I'll have a demand for more bass power. Now I know where to look ;).
