Bv11-46 failure after newest update

Hello,

Last night my BV11 made the spotify update. Then it started playing crazy. First it did not react correct on BEO4 commands and then it made a complete factory reset. After having set almost everything again it made the same reset again...

Anyone else having problems? Can I go to previous software?

Sorry, my BV11 had the same udate without having any problems afterwards (so far

 

Mine updated without any issues. Got the software update information page, hit the 'Done' button, then the TV came on after a 20 sec blank screen with just sound.

Is it possible that your update got interrupted or corrupted? Try downloading the software update again via the menu page.

I found out the SW did not finish. Version was set to 0.0.0.0. New manual update lead to a more stable version.

But now as I need to do a complete new setup it still freezes quite often and then switches off after 10s of freezing.

Then I can switch on again and the game starts again...

Is the switching off not somehow PIN code related?

No, this is not the reason. The PIN Code is off. 

Strange thing is, that it works for some time, then it freezes and switches off. Sometimes this takes just a minute, sometimes more than 30 minutes...

Mine is on a motorised hinge. TV now seems to move to the video position on switch on as before, but takes longer to 'open the curtains' to show the picture than it did previously.

my tv (11-55) has the same problems.

nearly everything is workong slower. if i switch between programs he freezes nearly every 2-3rd time. using dtv is nearly impossible, he looses the curser and stops working.

after about 1 minute he switches of, and everything starts again....

the only thing that works as expected is spotify. :(

consult your dealer ASAP some 11s had a faulty power supply panel I think that showed similar symptons

go back to the factory default. you have to reinstall your settings though

(in Setup: red button en immediately GO/press the stick)

It seems we found the problem:

My TV has 2 Sat tuners and so it also has 2 CAM modules for the decoder cards. With the new software this generates the problems. Once I took one module out it worked without problems.

My dealer told me that B&O is already working on an update to overcome this built in failure of latest update version...

This finding after 3 weeks and a changed Video engine and power supply module...
