Hi!
I had a Beocord 9000 type 4812 for USA market. It's mean Power supply 120V/60Hz. At the moment, I use it in Vietnam and the Electric system here is 220V/50hz.
I have the Transfomer from 220V to 120V but still 50Hz. This reason make my Beocord 9000 run faster when playback.
Could you give me a simple way to make my Beocord 9000 run in right speed when playback???
Thanks you very much!
Hi, and wecome!
No, frequency will not affect speed. There is a small hole at the bottom of the motor can. Adjust with a small plastic screwdriver. Any short with the motor can could kill the electronics inside!
Obvioulsly, you won't use a wow tape, do the adjustment by ear (compare a pre-recorded to a CD for instance).

Thanks chartz!
I will try by your tip.
Hope fully it work.
