Can I use a b&o 3000 tonearm assembly in a b&o RX 2 turntable?

I don't quite know what you mean when you say 'tonearm assembly'.

 But my answer would be: You cannot.

There has been two Beograms called 3000. The first one was from around 1970 and was very  different from the RX2. The second one was a tangential - and it's obvious why that won't fit on a radial turntable like the RX2.

However - IF you are talking about the pickup - then you can use one from the tangential 3000 on the RX2. The MMC1-5 series.

Steffen is right but actually, there has been no less than four Beogram 3000s;
The early 1970s radial, the later 1980s tangential, the Thorens TD124 based and the Acoustical.
None of their tonearms will fit in the RX2 without heavy modification.
Why are you looking to replace the tonearm ?
