I'm looking for a Type 1006/1007 MCL-BeoLab kit. It's used to connect the Beomaster 8000 to a MCL 82 link system.

Not common! I did have one but I think I swapped it for something else. Not actually that good as it has a bit of a delay on it which is annoying. It does however do what it says it does. If you find one, make sure it is complete as you will have problems finding the components.

Thank you, Peter för the feedback.

Two questions: is there any other way to get the same result? There is not very much information around about this gear. Can you tell me what the main components actually Åre?

It is a rather Heath Robinson affair - it looks like a modified X-Tra speaker kit but with extra cabling. It converts the remote signals from a Beolink 1000 to the codes required for either an 8000 or a variety of other devices - there are switches to set it up for such a role. There is a transceiver, the main box, a power supply, various wires and also an IR cable. It connects to the 8000 and will allow both local and other room control with a Beolink 1000. As stated before, it is a little clunky. Think of Samuel Johnson's quote on women preachers and dogs (no sexist slur intended by me!) Have you downloaded the rather basic manual?

No, obvious I have not enough fantasy to find it in the download site. Please, give me a hint.

Thank you, "elephant".

I have no problem to find the entry to the product file entry, nor to handle the functions. But theres no natural choise for the product I 'm seaching information for.

In fact, it is easier to find entries on other sites than on this - even than I'm a paying member, it is easier to find information outsid this site, than on it. More exactly: this will never be my first  source for information in printed form.

So, please Mr. elephant, give me a hint were to find information about the MCL-BeoLab kit, I would appreciate it,
