Is this AV9000?
If is, should it react to controlpanel or remote if not connected to masterlink?
blah-blah and photographs as needed
If it doesn't have powerlinksockets, then it is.
The color of the display is also red instead of green.
As far as I remember it should react to the controlpanel. Try different option settings.
Oh my, where did this came from...... Well, only button with reaction is light, no others...
Could it be used as spares to BS2500
Push standby button and connect AC power until led flashes. It wil come in testmode and all buttons work. MCP AV9000 has both red and green display.

Oukei, thanks, I'll try
MPAV 9000 is a remote control for the AV 9000 system. It has three audio sources - RADIO, CD, TAPE - built in. No AUX socket , no Powerlink, no IR receiver. Option setting is not possible. It needs electronics that are built into the control center of the Beovision AV 9000. Communication works in two way mode only via Masterlink with an AV 9000 system. There are exceptions which will work with limitations. You can also control video sources and LIGHT via the control panel. Selected sources, track/station number, volume data will also be displayed on the BV AV9000 display. IR control also works in two way mode via BV AV9000 Masterlink with Beolink 5000,7000.

Yes, in this way there is much more life in it.
Now, obviously cant use as stand alone unit. What can I do with//to it? Is there other differences to BC2500 than μP and back assy(where power and connedtors are)?
