Looks a lot like a simple case of remastering or rerecording it with more care, that would be perfectly captured on CD.

I'm afraid I'm recovering from the BeoVirus.
Carolpa:@Puncher When they started with the Beomedia 1 it was not possible to play WMA lossless . After updating the codecs I could play WMA lossless on the Beomedia 1. This was my reason to upgrade codecs in the BS5 to the latest versions (but I'm not sure anymore if this format didn't play before the update) maybe your rigth, but in the end the 192kHz 24bit files are playable. regards

When they started with the Beomedia 1 it was not possible to play WMA lossless . After updating the codecs I could play WMA lossless on the Beomedia 1. This was my reason to upgrade codecs in the BS5 to the latest versions (but I'm not sure anymore if this format didn't play before the update)
maybe your rigth, but in the end the 192kHz 24bit files are playable.

FYI: the BeoMedia 1 didn't always support WMA lossless
