Relay for mute of BM3500/4500

Hello, 

The mute function is dead on my BM3500.

I cannot find a proper replacement part and am very interested by the relevant information.

Hi Alain,

Has it ever worked? If the speakers are connected to the wrong sockets (one pair is for normal speaker use the other sockets below are for the MCL) then the mute function will not work.

If you think nobody cares, try missing a couple of payments.

Hello, 

Right assumption, the speakers were connected to number 2 instead of 1. 

Therefore, everything is normal, the mute function is working perfectly when speakers are connected to the right outputs. 

I am used to more vintage where one can  link either the speaker 1 or 2 indifferently...
