Hello,

Both glass doors of my mp 9000 fell off when my brother knocked it over. Everything works but I am unable to attach the glass doors to the four metal pieces. I tried double sided sticky tape, without success... Should I use glass glue or something else? Most of the black layer on the corners is damaged. Gluing directly on the glass wouldn't be the most elegant solution but I do not see how to "fabricate" a new black layer... Any ideas how to restore this?

I did use clear epoxy glue, it is transparent and scatches on black  layer does not show  too disturbingly, but it goes case by case I think...

 blah-blah and photographs as needed

You're talking about the MCP AV 9000 right? Quite simple, remove the remaining epoxy glue from the glasspanel. Tape off the area and use black paint (spray). The brackets to be attached using epoxy glue 2 component. Make sure to locate them on the right spot or else the doors will not run.  smoothly. That's it. Or else pay me a visit and I will show you how to do that.

Leslie, I think that I will!  But first I have way too much non b&o related work to do... I'll send you a PM.
