We've been happily using BBC iPlayer through Webmedia/Smart TV on B&O Play V1 until yesterday. Now we get the message "Sorry we do not support your device"
Other Smart TV apps work fine and V1 is at the latest s/w levels.
Any ideas anyone?

I can confirm it's stopped working here, too. This is with a BV11-46.
iPlayer won't start, simply get a black screen and 'sorry we do not support your device'!
Hi All,
Same here, my BV11 iPlayer stopped working with the same error message, was chatting to my dealer who says the problem has been raised with Denmark but had no estimate of how long it would take to resolve.
Same with my BV11-46. Bizarre.
I suppose I can beam iplayer to the TV from an ipad, but I hate the ipad implementation of iplayer.
Anyway, we shouldn't have to.

Apparently the BBC carried out a software update at the weekend which affected a number of TV brands, not just B&O

Off on my Bv11 too.
Hope the BBC are a bit quicker with their corrective updates than B&O! Still no sight of the promised player for ITV.

Edit
And the TV seems to lock up on that unavailability message and does not go back to the web media front page using the back button. Switching off the TV and starting again seems to be the cure.
Makes you think that smart TV's and webmedia broadcasts are rather vulnerable to too many parties in the chain capable of screwing everything up!
Rather than turning TV off and back on, does selecting whatever button you normally press to go to Webmedia in the first place work?
Also - I've lodged a support question into B&O to see what they know about the problem.

No. That just brings up a Network not Available message. However hitting the TV button, waiting a few seconds and then pressing DTV brings the webmedia home page back.
Day 2. Still no BBC iPlayer service.
Maybe just a coincidence, but my BV11 would not make any network connection at all this morning until I had reselected the network and input the router password again.
I guess you guys need to wait for the next software update from B&O.
Too long to list....
Hi Graham
We called Technical this afternoon as a client reported the issue to us. They said they were aware of the problem and are working on a solution. They said that the BBC have done something that has caused the problem.
I'll call you tomorrow.

The BBC hopes to resolve the problem early January.
Just in time to miss all that Christmas output. Maybe we should thank them!
