New Copenhagen store design.

Anyone know how is doing?   Except for the one in China have not heard of others.  

They all will have to adopt this new design, but I belive they (the B1's) have until end of 2015 to do so.

There is already a MKII version available which is scaled down. They might be on a MKIII or VI version by 2015...

I was curious how all the mechanical elements were holding up to daily use?   Does the MK II design have less moving parts?

The only mechanical element is the scaled down version is the loudspeaker wall. I think the floor rotating units are a big trip hazard and anti wheelchair use..not to much thought on that!

Expoman you have a good point.

But in reality B&O have to realize that the whole point is to showcase products with the intention of making sales.

The turning walls etc IMHO take away from the main point of a showroom and make it more of a theme park.

So let's make a choice are we charging for admission or do we want to make sales?

The original concept therefore is doomed......
