Arm that travels to the left and right on both ends crashes into the side with a high speed.
I think that it should stop at the exact place where CD1 and CD6 but not that previously crashes into side.
Is there anything to be set?
What is the problem?
Please help.

The beosound has to be set in servicemode.

After that you have to execute TM71 and TM73.

If settings are not stored, or lost after disconnecting the power, then the backup battery needs to be replaced.

Difficult to reach.

It's located on the psu board. For that you need to dismantle a lot of (flat)cables.

Not an easy job for just everyone, sorry.

I regurlarly repair these psu boards, so I know what to dismantle before entering.

Have you checked for dust on the IR sensor on the opposite end of where the arm is stationary? If this sensor is covered in dust the arm will malfunction.
