Beoplay V1 not downloading Puc Codes???

Hi Guys

 

First Post but hope you can Help

 

My Beoplay V1 32 is not currently downloading PUC Codes. I have connected to the internet and all intonet functions are working fine but when i go to download a PUC code it gives nothing. It just says transphering then nothing???

I have tried both wireless and Lan connection and both times nothing happens.

Its being installed on monday and i need PUC codes for a 3rd GEN apple TV and Sky HD Box

It gives the option up upload from a USB but have yet to find where to download on the internet.

 

Ive sent two requests for support on the B&O main site but yet to hear a reply

For how long did you wait?

Just checked on my V1 - working properly

You could try to make a sw-update to check if you can access b&o services
