I have recently purchased a Beosound 5. It has been working well, with the exception of the latest software update that wouldn't allow CD Coverart.. taking it back to the previous version of software seems to have rectified that problem.....
Now another issue has emerged...
I have highlighted a playlist in iTunes and dropped them into the beoconnect icon and selected 'red' for a favourite playlist... 6 of the 43 tracks turned up in the red favourites list. The others all appeared but in my general N.MUSIC list not 'RED' favourites.
It was suggested that it might take a while for the machine to configure etc.... so patiently I've waited.... 24 hours later.. still the same number of tracks in my favourite list.. oddly, a couple of them in my favourites list have the wrong cover art, but in the NMUSIC general list show the correct cover art.
A further issue is I took considerable time when carefully constructing the playlist and had hoped they would appear in favourites in the order I created them.. Given I only have 6 of my 43 tracks... who knows!!
I'm assuming this is a software issue??? Has anyone else had this experience and/or has a solution.
Yes I can just transfer tracks one at a time to favourites.. but i shouldn't have too should I?

Hmmm.. adding tracks individually from iTunes to red favourite via beoconnect didn't work either...
Tracks 31 to 40 now appear in my favourites list...the tracks that originally made it to the list, approx 6 or so of them have now disappeared!
This is getting frustrating and boring... I got a beosound 5 as I thought my beocentre 2/beoport/mac mini combo was going to be obsolete soon due to software problems.......
I'm sure I'm not doing anything wrong?
