Hi,

I am new ti B&O and wonder if it is possible co control my Sony KDL-60LX900 with a Beo6 remote?

I also want to control an Apple TV.

What do I need to do?

Is it possible to do with a Beo4 as well?

A Very Warm Welcome to Beoworld.

I can confirm that the Beo6 remote will DIRECTLY control your Sony and Apple TV once programmed.

I am assuming from your posting that you do not have a BeoVision TV ? other wise they can be controlled using the PUC in the TV

If you have a BeoVision TV, then the Beo4 can control 3rd party products such as the Sony and Apple TV where the PUC acts effectively as an IR converter.

Regards Keith....

I do not have a BeoVision, and what I wish to do is the following:

- Be able to control my Sony TV

- Be able to change channels on a Thomson DTV box when watching TV

- Be able to control my Apple TV, and when watching Apple TV control the volume on a PlayMaker (as I use AirPlay to send the sound to my BeoLab18).

Is all this possible with a Beo6?

I have discovered the iPad App, and I think I will be able to make the macros.

But I really need help to find/create the XML files for my Sony 60LX900 and Thomson DBI-8500E Set Top box...

Anybody?
