When I want to use a Smiley in a post I just get an empty Smiley box to choose from.
I'm using IE11 and Windows 8.1
Regards Graham
It's a problem with IE11, I have the same on Win7. They work fine with Chrome.

Well they seemed to work. The question is, what do they look like on non- iPads?
