MLGW with BeoPlay v1

I have 2 BeoPlay v1 in a MLGW setup along with several other BO devices (eg BV7-40/55, BM5/BS5 etc...), and while everything works perfectly and can be controlled with the BeoLink App, approximately every other week, the 2 V1 TVs stop responding to the BeoLink commands. All the other devices can still be controlled via the App.

I have to switch off/on the MLGW to get the 2 V1 responding again to the BeoLink commands.

Has anyone any clue on what may be going wrong here? Thanks

Are the V1's wired or wirelessly connected to your LAN?
