Our local Bath B&O dealer - rated one of the highest earning stores in the UK - is moving premises within the next two months. Let's see if B&O use this as an opportunity to launch their new concept store in the UK.
The owner of this new store must surely have arranged for the store ownership to be entirely separate from his B&O franchise. If the franchise failed, the store could then be let to someone else or used for a different purpose.
I assume that it is not a B&O directly owned store.

Mark:Moxxey please keep us posted on your local B&O store move, you also mentioned them as the most profitable. In your eyes what do they do differently or how do they go to 11 ?
I think they are up there in the better performing UK stores. ie. towards to the top. They don't do anything differently, apart from offering a great service. It's just Bath is a very affluent area, I guess. No idea where the new store will be located though. They won't tell me until it's all finalised.
