Dear all,
I have one 6000 paired with my PSTN (old grey rectangular version), but the second 6000 finds the PSTN but demands a PIN. From what I read here this probably means that the PSTN has reached its limit. Given that I have one 6000 paired and working fine, can I use it to reset the PSTN? I have already tried to use it to remove handsets from the PSTN but it reports that only the connected and working 6000 as an option for removal (obv I don't want to be left with no phones paired!)
thanks
Hi k984942
As far as i remember, you have to initialize the PSTN (manually by pressing a small button) to be able to pair a new handset. Then you have some time to pair the new handset.
Good luck and
best regards, David
