I haven't got that far yet as i recorded it. Shame about the car, but great to see a Beosound 9000 o the opening shot anyway.
I also have it recorded and will get to see it during the week.
A very entertaining show again. Nice to see that they mentioned our beloved B&O for their design.
Again another silly challenge but on the other hand an even more impressive end.
Like his music or not, it's hard to deny that James Blunt is a smart guy with a great sense of humour - check out his responses to the trolls.

For the ones who've missed it. It will be repeated tonight at 23.20 on BBC2 (HD).
The manufacturer of that £800 000 Danish car took a huge risk letting Top Gear test it. All the testing apparently deliberately done with the traction control turned off. What was that all about? Made as much sense as rolling a Mercedes A Class after turning off the traction control! And was the car allowed to burn for the benefit of the cameras?

Its quite often seen that supercars go up in smoke. As the fire starts from within the car, and thereby is shielded by the body, the fire is hard to put out before it really catches on.
The time from smoke to fire is short, and I too would stop immediately if I saw smoke. At that point, the nearest fire truck or extinguisher could be several minutes away, while cameras are in place all around the track.
I really doubt that Top Gear purposely let a 800.000£ car burn to the ground.
