Hi,

seem to be a lot of stuff about repairs right now, so it seemed to be a good time for me to ask something that has been puzzling me for a few days....

ive just just had one of my bl3500 repaired. Apparently it was a faulty interface module and I got an independent repairer to fix it. Without getting a quote, the bill came to a few pounds short of £200. Does this seem reasonable?

I would probably charge less.

But the beolab is a bit tricky to open, hence the old foamtape they used in the past. So, that takes some time. After that measuring is timeconsuming if you do it for the first time. Several boards located on both sides and the small components (SMD), makes it  less easy to measure.
