Hey all,
yesterday I received a mint Beolab 3500 for a very reasonable price, but my problem is that some parts of the wall mount are missing. I knew that before, but the price was so good I couldn't resist the offer.
What I've got is the silver plastic part which is screwed to the Beolab's body and the two allen screws and springs. All the rest is missing.
Who can help out with the part numbers for the parts needed so I can call my dealer to order the spare parts.
Thanks for your help.
Kind regards
Martin

Ever heard of a service manual?
Brengen & Ophalen
I already downloaded the service manual, but there are two types of wall mounts mentioned and it's not clear to me which one I need and what minor parts I need too.

You might be better off visiting the dealer and looking at the exploded view on their service spares link.
From what I remember, having had to do this very task some years ago, you could end up with duplicated parts and they are not cheap!
I have no idea what I eventually ordered as much water has gone under the bridge since then.

From your description., I would guess you need :
WHich is the bit that fixes on the wall and the grub screws to secure it - sounds like you have the parts that then connect to the wall bracket.
Personally, I would take a photo of what you have, go and see your dealer ( or email the pic) and ask for the missing bits to be ordered.
If you get no joy locally ( some dealers can be inexplicably and annoyingly arsey about ordering spares in my experience) I would contact Graham at King St in Manchester. He won't rip you off, and will order you the parts as required.
joeyboygolf: .. I'm sure he has Leslie, On this occasion the service manual is not particularly helpful as there is an inadequate description of just what is in the various bags of parts. You might be better off visiting the dealer and looking at the exploded view on their service spares link. ..

That's the point. The description is not very helpful. Not all parts are shown with their corresponding numbers.
I'll have a look at the dealer's spare parts list to be on the save side.
Anybody have an idea how much the spare parts are ?
Regards

For partition walls you also need a plate as below:-

Graham hasn't worked at King St for a while, he is now selling Land Rovers

I'm also trying to find a wall plate for my Beolab 3500 and also what I think is a plastic cover that clips on at the bottom. Can anyone help?
I am assuming you are talking about item 9023 in the diagram below?
Yes that is the piece I need. Thank you for the clarification.
Hi,
I am the person who sold you the metal wall plate on eBay. Just to let you and other members know that I also have the long screws in pairs, the springs in pairs and the plastic parts available on eBay. I know when most of the Beolab 3500’s are sold they have parts of the wall brackets missing.
I don’t have any more of the metal wall plates available though.
Before you will by these spareparts on ebay please ask your local dealer.
Everything from the wall mout is still avaiable and much cheaper than on ebay.
For example: I bought the metallic mout for the wall where the Beolab is hooked in. This was last september for 11 euros. On ebay the are listet for 30.- Euros. For many sellers parts marked with B&O seems to be 'holy ***' :-)
