Problems with Beoconnect

Hello there,

I have a Beosound 5 with Beomaster 5. I do not have any problems with them, I can hear the songs, the radio, Spotify, etc.

However, although it is already registered in my computer, it is for unknown reasons impossible to connect my PC with Beoconnect, so I cannot add any songs into Beomaster 5. What can I do?

It is a router/lease problem. Unplug all wireless devices. Reboot your internet modem, then your router, then the BM5, then your PC. go into the router's program and confirm connection/IP address of BM5 has not conflict. Then plug in other wireless devices one by one and all the tine observing their IPs.

Well, I did it. I have Wlan but nothing has changed.

So if I cannot use Beoconnect, how can I transfer my downloaded songs into my Beomaster 5 via Beoport?
