Are the 4 speakers and beolab plugged into a bv11  separately in the same way as an Avant ?

Trying to plan the wiring in advance of getting a bv11.

I would say: yes - but you will need PowerLink cables with RJ-plugs (or adapter cables).

The setup of the speakers is a bit different - with much more possibilities.

There is a tv - and there is a BV

If you are using BeoLab14 only the sub connects to the BeoVision 11, all of the satellite speakers connect to the sub.

For all other powerlink loudspeakers they connect to the BeoVision 11 with RJ45 powerlink cables.

So far I am planning to use a BL2, so will I have to run all my speakers from that ?
