Just curious; but where is the infrared emittor located on the BeoCom 6000 Mk1 and Mk2? Asking since I assumed that the two black dots onthe top of the BC6000 Mk1 was the IR sender; but where is it then located on the Mk2 handset? On the Mk2 there is the contact for the headset.
edit: you're undoubtedly referring to communication w/ B&O a/v prods.

Point your digital camera at it while activating the volume control. The red IR light from the emitter should be visible
