Hi Beoworld, recently I acquired a Beocenter 9500 with beolab 8000's. The beolink 5000 is damaged and the beocenter 9500 upper and lower glass control/display panels require re-fitting with the adhesive tape. However, the system all worked (playing a CD)once connected together correctly. I decided to clean away the dust by using a fine dry paint brush to the areas accessible (inside the CD and Tape compartments) and at the rear of the upper and lower glass control/display panels. I then viewed the state of the inside compartment by following the service description displayed below the Beocenter 9500. Pleased the condition internally was clean I carefully re-assembled the Beocenter 9500. Plugged in the 9500 and it doesn't display the standby LED ?
Oh Dear !!
