My new BV11-46 crashed and it reported file system errors. I had to reset the entire settings from scratch. Does anyone know what could be reason? I am unable to send the crash report to B&O since tv doesn't allow and operations and cause TV failed to connect to my wifi. Fortunately, i have an USB connected to TV and I wrote the crash report to it.

Did it happen to anyone else before?

Do you mean that it reports file system errors on its own system or do you have an external hard drive or something that is the issue? Or perhaps you have the HDD recorder built in and it is that one that is causing issues? Since that is a HDD and not SSD that might be a mechanical failure that came after delivery. Of course other components might break also. I would call my retailer if I was you and take it from there.

You say you did reset it but it did not help I suppose? Did this happen after a software upgrade?

I don't have any built in HDD recorder. As soon as I turned on BV11 that evening it started showing me three options:

1) Normal start (try restart the TV)

2) Report the error to B&O

3) Rest the settings.

Option 1 never worked and I keep getting the same screen with the above options. Option 2, when I tried to report the error to B&O TV couldn't connect to internet because of file system errors. I eventually end up reset everything and reconfigured my settings. It worked.
