Beocentre 1 DVD tray not closing

Hi there I have just been given a beocentre 1 TV with DVD player 

problem I have is that DVD tray only goes in half way then pops back out ?

any ideas ?

Hi Angela

It sounds like there might be a disc in the drive that shouldn't be there! I have heard of this before and known of somebody that has posted over the top of the arms that come out!!! The DVD unit need to be removed by an engineer to gain access to the compartment.
