Have been watching Ebay.com. Most of them really ask silly prices.
One sample?
Brengen & Ophalen
Another example:
That much?
I guess B&O is hard to come by in US driving the prices up.
The Beocord does not even work fully and few people cares about cassette tapes these days.
What about this old junk!
And what about this? Oops, from Denmark
Leslie: And what about this? Oops, from Denmark
It's a rare one so that would explain some of it and the seller knows it. When the few used B&O stores or classic audio can charge higher prices then why not?
Sure but still...
A Danish example:
Beogram 8002 private seller
Beogram 8002 second B&O seller
Still not a lot of 8002 on the market in general but its a bit under the store price.
A store does give 6 months warrenty and has costs as it is a business.
The private seller has had the free ad going for quite a while now. It might go in US but not Denmark as much.
The store 8002 has also been online for god knows how long at the same price.
Looks like $ have the same value as DK's for this one?

I guess you are right. Todays rate for $1 for Denmark: 5,57 Danish crowns.
But does it acutally sell?
See the completed listnings and if the sale figures are mostly red.
