Beolab 5 always stand by

Hi guys, I've a problem with my beolab 5. It is always in standby mode?

 my beolab 5 is always in standby mode. I've a samsung Tivi, 2 beolab 3, 2 beolab 5, 1 playmaker. the  Tivi connected to playmaker through jack 3.5mm, and playmaker connected to 2 beolab 3 and 2 beolab 5. But only beolab 3 works, my 2 beolab 5 do not work, it's always in standby mode.

I've tried to connect 2 beolab 5 with beosound 5. however, my beolab 5 still do not work. I've deleted the pin code. So, now, my beolab 5 can't receive the signal anymore. my 2 beolab 5 bought since 2008 with the serial 174378xx

So, Can anyone suggest me how to slove this problem?

in addtion, I would like to ask one more question. Can I use bosscom to connect Samsung tivi with this system? Does Bosscom support beolab 5?
