Add has been changed !!

Beogram 3000 is now " reserved " for the buyer.

Any idea how much it has been sold for? 500 Euro ?

Congrats to the lucky buyer !!!!!

And why is this record player so special? Something rare like Beolit 39?

Hi Leslie,

Just have a look at eBay.de ( Germany ).

There's one for sale in the Netherlands for 1995 Euro.

The accoustical Beogram 3000 is the rarest of all 3 versions.

Seen that Rudy but this guy will never sell for the price he's asking, I'm sure of that! That's just a rip off!

Just have a look at the price of a Thorens TD124 on Ebay.

This will give you an idea of the price of this record decks.

Ok, I admit that the one on eBay Germany is expensive .

The Thorens version is superb - I have one of these with the 12" arm. I do have an Acoustical model - out on permanent loan! Interesting deck and uses the same Papst motor but made as stated above by Acoustical of Holland. In my experience, not as good and essentially like a bigger Beogram 1000. Was sold in the UK instead of the Thorens version as part of the 5000 system. Rare and hence collectible. I paid £100 for mine as neither the seller or I really knew what it was!

Somehow, that trick never works for me.  Laughing

Mine has a lid like that! I thought it was a late add on! Definitely not worth it - the Thorens version would be cheaper and better.

casdave:

That's the one we already have been discussing about previously. This seller probably knows about the rareness of this player and thinks he can sell it for a lot of money! Well, maybe he gets lucky when some ignorance is buying this "rare" item!
