Beolink wireless

Has anyone experience in these I have an old customer who has one which is now not working power is ok and nothing has changed in the set up does it need a software update, I never really used these I preferred to hardware the masterlink

I have 3.

I am not aware of any new updates - but all units MUST be at the same firmware level.

Mine recently "failed" - transmission unit had solid red light = in standby.

Receiver had its red light flashing.

I pressed the little grey button next to the lights on both units and the master went green and then the secondary latched on

Service was restored !
