Dear All,Our Serene has a problem, which started about some weeks ago - the hinge part of the phone became warm, and the automatic open/close getting worse and worse day by day, however when You turned off/on the phone, it started to work and the hinge problem disappeared. About some days ago, the hinge is not working, so it needs servicing. My problem is, that I asked the local B&O support, but they told, there is no repairing (not even checking), but they have to send the phone to Spain for a testing and a price offer, which in itself with the posting can cost approximately the same price as if I purchase a used one on Ebay.I checked the connoisseur part, but there is no service manual for Serene.Is there any home based method to make this phone working, or is there any possibility to send a phone anywhere for a checking and a reasonable price for the repairing? Aside from this problem, the phone and all parts are working fine, so all possible solution is welcome.Thanks in advance.
