Hello fellow BO's :-)

I just got myself a broken BC 4000, The one with 2 cassette decks. Both the 4A fuses were blown, the display was lit but i had no sound from the speakers. I have now replaced the fuses and The display is more lit and i have indication on FM radio signal on the display. But still no sound. Can it be a cap. failure? Anyone had this problem too? Please help me If you can.

Yes, 'Speaker' big round black button between the Microphone and Headphone sockets.  It's plum in the middle of the lower front leading edge.

Yes thats correct.

So is it the same with Speaker 1 and Speaker 2?  And, do you get any sound via the headphones socket?

Dave.
