Hi there,
I am quite new here and hope that you can help me with some issue I have with my Beomaster 3000-2 that I have obtained some time ago.
When I got is up an running I noticed a steady hum from the power supply and ordered some replacement capacitors. While waiting for the parts I noticed that the device emitted a screeching noise after some time in operation (between one and two hours), something sounding like a feedback loop.
The noise is quite loud on both channels and does not change when I move the volume control. After some 20 seconds it goes away and the unit behaves well for a while.
I was hoping that it would go away when I replace the capacitors.
Today the parts arrived ant I replaced the capacitors. Unfortunately I had to learn that this did only solve the issue with the hum, but I got the noise coming back.
Does anybody have an idea what is causing this issue and how I cold repair it?
Any ideas are welcome, thanks for your help
