Hi all,What has your experience been trying to order spares in the UK?I recently stumbled across a service manual for my Beovision 8-32 and I've emailed a few dealers but none of them seem to reply! The TV itself is still perfect and I'm keen to hold onto it till it breaks, I've never been one to just replace things.I would have an engineer fit the parts but I'd rather save money on the labour and by trade I take servers and other bits of equipment apart on a daily basis, so it's nothing new to me.Parts Required:9001 - Front9037 - Foot, Right9038 - Foot, Left
I've ordered plenty of spares without issue and parts are usually available to collect within a couple of days of ordering although I have generally ordered them in person rather than via email.
One thing worth mentioning is that the four digit codes you have quoted just identify the parts within the diagram, so will mean nothing to the dealers (or anyone else) unless they have the same diagram in front of them.
If you look at the next few pages in the service manual after the exploded diagram, it will show you the descriptions and part numbers for each of those reference numbers and it is these part numbers that the dealer will require to check prices and order the parts.
I know this doesn't excuse the lack of courtesy in not replying to your emails but it may explain why they have been unable to help.
Kind Regards,
Martin.
