I've just hand carried a Beogram 7000 on the plane from Denmark to Scotland. The good news is I got it back in one piece.
However, when connecting it to my Beomaster 7000 at home I can get it to play only when activating it directly on the Beogram but for some reason the source 'phono' is missing in the Beolink 7000 controller. When it plays the Beomaster does correctly display 'phono'.
Once it is playing, the controller does say 'phono' and it does give me control options but as stated above, only when started on the Beogram. Am I missing a trick here - am I supposed to do something to make the Beolink display the Phono source by itself?
I spoke to the dealer I bought the Beogram from who suggested letting the battery go flat in the Beolink and hope for it to reset itself. Any suggestions welcome
I suggest that you upgrade to silver membership (£15) and download the Beolink 7000 user manual from our library.
There is nothing wrong with your remote except you will need to add phono as a source!!
