I have a Beogram RX that had a break in one of the plastic hinge retainers for the dustcover. This is the little plastic piece that screws into the cover assembly and holds the metal hinge spring in place. Apparently it is very common for these to break, causing the dustcover to not stay open or closed.
My solution: measure out a functioning retainer with calipers and draw a 3D model on Tinkercad. Send the 3D model to a 3D printer and have it printed in ABS plastic. The result was a bag full of functioning (going on three months now) retainers for just a few dollars.
I'm attaching the model file. Any local 3D printer should be able to print one of these quickly. Online printers can also do it, but will charge more.
Please let me know if you have any questions. I have a few retainers/clips left that I can send out for postage.
Please tell me that you still have a few hinges to send me. I'll gladly pay the postage and any other expenses required to get them to Maryland, USA.
Hoping to hear back from you,
Randy

I'm new here, and I realize that you asked your question more than two years ago but, if you still have the need, I'd be happy to print a few of these for you.
