Does anybody know if the BS3 (or BS4) have HDMI outputs with Audio Return Channel (ARC) capbability?

Hi,

I am wondering if the HDMI outputs on the BS3/4 are ARC capable.  I am considering attaching a 4k Samsung TV to a BS3 and as the TV has built in apps that can provide 4k content (and the BS3/4 can't process 4k), I would like to output the audio back to the BS3 for sound processing/delivery
