Beovision 8-40 dvb-hd update (UK) - Freeview not working - Advice greatly appreciated!

Hi all,

I'm hoping you might be able to offer me some advice?

I recently purchased a second-hand beovision 8-40 from B&O Manchester. 

Having read online about an update the the dvb-hd tuner I asked a contact at the store if I would be able to update it and they confirmed I could. Following this I installed the software correctly following the process.

The software I've installed: Version: 0.1.9.9.0

I guess I have 2 questions:

1. Has anyone else experienced this?

2. Is it possible to roll-back the dvb-hd update or get UK specific software?

Currently we have no tv channels and when I press menu on DTV I cannot access the DTV menu.
