musics on DD not recognize by BS encore

hello

i have a problem with my BS 5 encore.

my hard drive turn but the music is not display on the screen.

no album, no covers, no tracks...

and after few minutes, "PAUSE" is display on the screen.

any idea ?

its' possible to reinitialize (reboot) the BS encore ?

1) which format you use on the hard drive ?   BS5E only recognize limited audio format.

2) Sometimes even you have the right format file, it still doesn't recognize it.  My experience is to unplug the BS5E for 10 minutes, then plug it and re-start.

hello,

it's the same disk than before.

i'have unpluged the BS5 for 10 minutes, re-pluged the disk, it turn for hours and hours  and now it's OK,
