My other hobby is gaming. Taught some n00bs how to play Avalon Hill's Dune up in Jacksonville today at a small convention. The board is my latest custom job. Fun was had by all.

My wife bought a simple game called Bananagrams, which has lettered pieces similar to Scrabble. However, there is no board and each player composes his own mini scrabble type word layout until every letter has been used up. (Slightly more complicated, but you get the idea).

We took the game on a family get- together holiday, and finished up playing it (with a good wine supply) every evening. Highly adictive, and dare I say a great board game without a board!
