Hi.

I have gotten another Century in my possession with an odd malfunction.

After is is warm (about 10 mins of use), the keypad will auto press number 7. When I say press - the LED goes out as if it is pressed, and it starts repeatedly look like someone is pressing it. One this error starts to happen it is repeats every few seconds. It is always number 7, but the seller said it was number 3 that caused the error. It also turns it self on occasionally.

It is one of the later models with SW 1.6. No obvious damage and the keypad PCB looks good. Could it be a contamination in the membrane, or is the controller chip borked?

Overall the unit is in mint condition, and everything works.  I have not yet swapped over the keypad PCB from my other century (sw1.3)

Any ideas? The fact is does this only after getting warm screams caps to me.
