No album artwork on BeoLink app

when selecting NMUSIC on the BeoLink app where I used to see the album covers it just says "connecting"

have checked the IP settings of the bs5 in the mlgw and all is ok

must admit changed my router recently are there any ports/protocols that could be blocking this?
