Hi

Is there any difference between the rounder IR puc cables (red) and the square ones (black)?

Hi Michael,

Do you have any photos of the ones you are comparing?

The only B&O supplied ones I've seen are the small rectangular black ones but i do have some third party emitters that are oval in shape and have a red tint to them - this is because they have a lens on both sides so emit outwards as well as towards whatever the are stuck to - it means you can stick them on say the inside of an AV cabinet and they will emit towards the devices that are inside that cabinet.

Kind Regards,

Martin.

Thanks Martin for the response

I'll post a pic from the app as its easier than here on my laptop.

The ones i'm talking about were supplied by B&O as a part of my installation and they are red and oval.

I received a little STB brackets Puc cable cover and it won't fit over my puc cables because of the shape.

Thanks

Michael.
