Thanks for the post it is an interesting article. Maybe Denmark is different now. My Danish grandparents emigrated from Denmark to Australia because the taxes were too high and in search of a 'better life'. They were happy people though.

I found the ranking of business in 2014 a great little snippet.

High expences for common welfare and low taxes doesn't really match, or?

Unless - of course - you live in a country wih plenty of oil, diamonds or slaves - or somewhere, where people (and companies) can hide their money in order to avoid taxes elsewhere.
