I have a beogram 5000 and the problem is that the lid won't stay down, when i close it all the way it simply raises itself. Any ideas?

Magnet lose or the tiny metal piece under the lid gone missing ?

I don't see any metal pieces underneath the lid.
At the left side, on the aluminum surround around the platter, you can see the magnet (red circle in the photo below).A mating metal piece is supposed to sit under the lid.
The magnet tilts slightly when you press "Open" on the front, letting go of the metal piece.
