connection of MAC and boemaster 5 (beosound5)

simply unable to connect my PC or MAC to beomaster 5 (beosound5) for sometime now. I am with sky TV and it did work for some time but sadly dropped out and simply unable to connect.

any ideas are greatly appreciated.

I have asked SKY TV and the have requested the following info. My B&O supplier (guildford) is now gone out of business and I am at a loss at the moment

Info for SKY

1. Name for the service
2.protocol type (TCP or UDP or both)
3. port range for the product 9i.e start and finish for the product
