Hello. I have the above tv however it will not turn on it just has the red standby light. I cannot eject the DVD either by the button on the tv. Has anybody had this experience? I have checked the v opt settings and it isn't a case that the IR has been disabled.
Has this ever happened to anyone? I just need to know if this is something simple or if it is ready for the skip! I also have a mk1 bv7-32 which is perfect working order. Does anybody know if Its possible to take the part which is needed out of the mk1? Or maybe put the hd kit into the mk1 from the mk3? Like I say I really don't know I'm just asking so any information would be much appreciated. Are the mk1 and mk3 the same inside?
Thank you
Sorry, I have no experience with a BV7-32, but did you try to disconnect the BV from the mains for 5 minutes, reconnect and wait a minute before startin up. How did you check the option setting? Does the light flash, when you set a video option?
Have you masterlinked the BV to link devices? If so, disconnect the ML plug when your BV is disconnected from the mains and reconnect and start without masterlink.
If it is masterlinked with your second BV: Can you access video devices connected to your BV from the linkroom?
Maybe this helps.....(?)

Hi stefan thanks for your reply. I tested the option setting by going to v opt pressing 2 I think. Then I tried 1 3 and 4. And the light didn't flash.
I bought this set as it is cheap(£200) with stand On the off chance they might of just disabled the ir (i think v opt 0) but this is not the case. I figured I could sell the stand for £200 anyway.
Do you know if it is possible to take the hd module out of it and put it into the mk1? Or do the mk3 not have a hd module as it is built in?
Thanks again any information is appreciated.
